Delivery within New Zealand is FREE on most orders except for rural delivery and some nursery furniture which incurs a delivery fee, please enquire about the delivery fee before you order online.  When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch it to you the next working day (Monday to Friday).  Within New Zealand, deliveries are sent to you using Fastway Couriers service. Delivery can take 1 to 4 days and is dependent on Fastway Courier's usual prompt service. Please note we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Private Boxes. We offer delivery to United Kingdom, United States and Australia for selected products at a cost of NZ$35 untracked or NZ$55 tracked. If you would like delivery outside of these countries please drop us an email for delivery costs.

Here at Babybirdie we want to make paying for your baby purchases as easy as possible. That's why we offer several different ways to pay.

We accept all credit cards including Visa and MasterCard.

We also accept bank transfers and cheques. Please email us for details.

Payment Security

We treat payment security very seriously and that is why we have chosen the world leader Paypal as our ecommerce payment solution. Paypal is highly secure, using industry-leading technology to keep your information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, Paypal’s server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. 

Order Tracking

If you would like to track the progress of your order from dispatch to delivery please drop us an email or call for your courier tracking number.


We have a 30-day no questions asked' returns policy on all items sold via this website. The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase. Items returned within this period can either be exchanged or credited. An item can be exchanged for any product of the same value or used as a credit towards an item of higher value. If an item is exchanged for an item of a lesser value a credit will be given. Freight charges are not creditable. It is the customer’s responsibility to freight the item(s) back to us. The item(s) must be returned in an 'as new' condition with all packaging, ticketing and labeling. 

Please notify us prior to returning the item(s) so we can discuss the options for both the product that you wish to replace and the freight charges.


Your right to privacy is very important to us and we recognise that when you provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act responsibly.
